Residents’ mailbox can be found on the North exterior wall along the clubhouse.

Q. What are the pool hours?
The pool is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. (11 p.m. on weekends) year round.
Q. Who should I contact for maintenance issues?
Call 1-866-RIVER-06 for maintenance issues, emergencies and service requests.
Q. What security is available on-premise and who can I call for security-related issues?
Residents are responsible for their personal security. Contact the Pflugerville Police Department at (512) 251-4004 or dial 911 for emergencies.
Q. When can I use the business center and what equipment is available?
The business center is open 24 hours. You may use internet-accessible computers, printer and fax or access the Internet with your laptop via our wireless connections.
Q. When is rent due and where should it be deposited?
Rent is due the first of each month. You can drop off rent 24-hours a day at the Rent Drop Box located in the wall by the front door of the office. On the fourth day of the month, late fee penalties will apply.
Q. What is the deposit return policy?
The security deposit is fully refundable provided the apartment is left in proper condition, which allows for normal wear and tear. See the leasing office for a handy checklist detailing the expectations.
Q. What are the required move-out procedures and notification requirements?
Residents intending to move out are required to give a written notice 60 days prior to move-out. Residents are expected to leave the apartment clean and in move-in condition minus reasonable wear and tear.

Alexan Swenson Farms is located 13 miles northeast of Downtown Austin, bordering Austin's city limits on the south and Round Rock on the north. Pflugerville's current city limits encompass an area of about 25 square miles 2 miles east of Interstate I-35 in northeast Travis County.

Q. What are the digital telecom features at Alexan Swenson Farms?
Integrated telephone, high-speed internet data lines and satellite television are available in all apartments. In addition, living rooms and master bedrooms are High Definition accessible. The entire community features wireless internet connectivity throughout indoor and outdoor common areas, including a wireless cyber café.
